Return & Exchange Policy

At Crowd, we take great care in ensuring that every garment meets our quality standards. While we do not offer returns, we do allow exchanges. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on this website. However, due to differences in screen settings and display variations, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate. If you have any concerns, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for more details.

1. Returns

We do not offer returns, however, if the product you receive is faulty or does not match its description, you may request a return. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the return process.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer a 7 day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items can only be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or higher value.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

First-time shipping is on us. In case of an exchange, customers are required to cover the cost of returning the item and the delivery charges for the exchanged product. To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must not be altered, worn, or damaged.
  • Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact us at contact@shop-crowd.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9211705648 with an image of your purchase, order details and reason for exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will guide you through the process.

5. Refunds

If a return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7-15 business days.

6. Additional Information

  • In case you have any custom length requests (such as jacket, pant or sleeve length), please inform us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to accommodate any further custom alterations.
  • Orders placed under Cash on Delivery may be subject to confirmation prior to processing. In certain cases, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect the availability of COD for future orders.
  • We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our criteria.
  • We are unable to process exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
